Mala Gissona Brewery’s homemade Rashers
Although the Mala Gissona brewery is famous thanks to its great terrace and amazing beers, it is also a great spot to have something to eat. We will talk about its potatoes and burgers on a different post, but today we will talk about their “torreznos”or homemade rashers. This is a beautiful gem at Zabaleta St, crunchy and well fried with some great quality meats. They are a great bite and not heavy on the stomach, not just deep fried stuff, a wonderfully thought ration.
They also make you thirsty, so it is great you are in a brewery!
