During our free tour there is always someone that questions us about La Viña Basque Burnt Cheesecake. Not surprising, as it’s one of the most famous specialties in San Sebastian! It’s a cheesecake that is quite different, creamy and with a flavor that you don’t ever get sick of. It doesn’t have a base or any marmalade on top, and it has an incredible cheese flavor! The truth is that it’s surprisingly tasty, and how different it is from the most popular versions of this delicious dish.
